Gataka Chocolate is a Colorado based CBD craft chocolate company owned and operated by Joel and Gila Dar. Organic cacao beans are selected based on the very best taste, roasted, and partially ground at their origin, and 100% cacao liquor is used to create both dark and milk chocolate here in Colorado. The CBD is not decarboxilated -- no "high" just nutrition. Gataka chocolates are "termpered" for a shiny look and snappy feel.
