Microgreens: Salad Mix -- 2oz

A flavorful combination grown from 5 different organic microgreens-Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Arugula & Cabbage. This microgreens mix is a simple blend that makes a great base for a microgreens salad or sandwich. Nutty, fresh brassica flavors, well-rounded flavor, with just a mild kick from arugula. Attractive and nutritious addition to any salad with multiple stem colors-mostly green with purple and red highlights.


A powerhouse of nutrients, this mix is rich in vitamins B6, C, E, K as well as calcium, phosphorus, folate, dietary fiber, potassium, magnesium, iron & beta-carotenes. The broccoli in this mix contains high levels of the cellular detoxifier sulforaphane.


How to eat: wash just before eating. Store dry greens in airtight container lined with a dry paper towel to reduce moisture and extend shelf life. Refrigerate, replacing paper towel daily if needed to maintain freshness.
