Big, green, and succulent, these sunflower shoots pack flavor and delight. Eat them right out of the bag, use as topping or mix-in. Eat your microgreens! High in protein and an excellent source of vitamins B6 and E, calcium, iron, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, and dietary fiber.

Grown and harvested in Longmont by Fringe Farm from certified organic seeds and organic soil.  

How to eat: wash just before eating. Discard any renegade hulls. Enjoy raw as a healthy snack or add to any dish.  Great to add to smoothies, salads, sandwiches, wraps, soups, scrambled eggs and adds flair to a plate presentation. Makes an outstanding pesto! To maintain freshness, store dry greens in airtight container lined with a dry paper towel to reduce moisture and extend shelf life. Refrigerate.
