Field Mix: Braising Greens

Mix of braising greens picked together from the field at Friends Farm salad greens farm at Nyland. Braising greens are for stir fries, egg scrambles, or steamed greens. Bigger leaves can be chopped. Mix includes leaves of kale, arugula, mustard, spring raab, and other cooking greens grown and harvested together in the field.
