Pork Baby Back Ribs

We tried them and they were a hit! These are small for ribs but super tender and delicious. They are called baby back not because of the age of the pig but because they are smaller than other rib cuts and more tender.

These are raw frozen cuts. Bake or boil for 1-2 hours, slather on your favorite BBQ, and then briefly broil or grill.
