These are frozen, double sets of small ribs, super tender and delicious. They are called baby back not because of the age of the pig but because they are smaller than other rib cuts and more tender.
No need to pre-thaw, just braise or boil for 2 hours, slather on your favorite BBQ, and then briefly broil or grill to finish.
